Courtney Barber
I am Courtney, the founder of Eve's Garden Wellness and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. As a Holistic Doula, Placenta Specialist, and Naturopathic Doctorate Student, I am passionately dedicated to supporting women’s wellness through every stage of life.
Taylor Copes
I’m Taylor, founder of Fit Physique and T’s Sports Club. I studied Kinesiology at Michigan State University and am deeply passionate about promoting physical performance, overall wellness, and building a strong, supportive community.
Carla Hurd
I am Carla, the founder of Battle Buddies, a wellness group created to connect, empower, and uplift women 45 and older. As a passionate wellness advocate and proud Isagenix representative, I’m dedicated to helping vibrant empty nesters and grandmas regain their energy, confidence, and joy. Based in Bridgeport, Michigan, I travel across the U.S. hosting events that inspire growth, wellness, and lasting community.
Fit Physique: Walk About Partner
Taylor Copes is the owner and founder of Fit Physique, New Lothrop’s premier fitness studio focused on helping individuals achieve physical health through movement, strength, and accountability. With years of experience in personal training and fitness coaching, Taylor has built a space where people of all ages and skill levels feel welcome, challenged, and supported in their health journeys.
Fit Physique is more than a gym—it’s a community. Taylor brings his dedication, energy, and passion for whole-body fitness into everything he does. As co-host of the Walk-About Wellness Fair, he’s proud to partner with Eve’s Garden Wellness to promote a more complete vision of health that includes not only physical fitness, but also emotional, spiritual, and holistic well-being.

Courtney Barber is a naturopathic doctorate student, certified doula, breastfeeding consultant, and the founder of Eve’s Garden Wellness—a women’s holistic health clinic located in New Lothrop, Michigan. With over 15 years of experience in medical assisting, birth work, and holistic healing, Courtney is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and embrace natural, whole-body wellness.
In her work, Courtney noticed that many people in rural communities, like hers, lacked access to a variety of wellness resources and were often unaware of the local healers and natural health providers right in their backyard. This inspired her to create the Walk-About Wellness Fair—an event designed to bring hands-on healing, education, and inspiration to the New Lothrop area. Courtney believes that by highlighting local wellness practitioners and resources, she can help foster a deeper connection to the community and empower individuals to take charge of their health with natural solutions.
Her approach to care is rooted in faith, guided by intuition, grounded in science, and inspired by the healing rhythms of nature. Through Eve’s Garden Wellness, Courtney offers a welcoming space where women feel empowered, supported, and equipped to thrive in every season of life.
